Summary
The main objective of the project is to improve the employability of graduates by increasing the relevance of educational content to the needs of the labor market. The objective will be achieved by innovation of selected lectures/seminars, extension of experimental teaching, internships and exchange stays, all in cooperation with industrial enterprises. Existing lectures and seminars will be upgraded and further extended by topics such as security and resilience of energy supply, hydrogen energy, battery storage and decentralization based on the use of renewable energy resources. The target group is primarily students of bachelor's, master's and doctoral programmes and related pedagogical staff as well as industrial companies as future employers. The project, with its activities and outputs, focuses on the industrial Moravian-silesian and Žilina regions.
