Title

Circular economy throught a sustainable recovery technology of critical resources (REEs) from selected waste materials

Summary

Project will focus on investigation of solid waste from three different countries (Poland, Czech Republic and Turkey) from point of view REE content in order to elaborate efficiency concept of technology REE recovery from solid waste. Therefore within this activities Partners from all countries will be involved. Investigated waste will be among other fly ashes and rest of coal combustion by-products as well as postfotation waste and others. The Partners will chose the most torublesome waste within country area in order to find another way do develop them. Planned activites will be realized within 3 worpackages divided onto tasks for each selected partners will be responsible. At first stage selected waste will be characterise from point of view relation between mineralogial-chemical composition and bonding of REE in investigated wastes (Worpackage 1). This enable to project suitable chemical process of REE extraction from rest of solid content within Worpackage 2. It will be consider at least three way of extraction in order to assessment the most efficient, economic and environmental friendly solution what will be realized in Worpackage 3.
