The power plant is monitored by trained engineers who:
- monitor the power plant as a whole (main parameters and internet connection with the power plant);
- monitor the converters;
- monitor the strings;
- communicate with service companies and converter manufacturers;
- notify you of any failures according to the preset severity level;
- keep alarm log-book (important alarms being accessible on internet including actual statuses);
- keep operating log-book (where alarms are recorded with description of their causes);
- keep maintenance programme (inspections etc.);
- respond to your inquiries;
- send reports on the power plant operation (periodical reports on deviations of generation by converters for preset periods, etc.);
- perform auxiliary activities (invoicing, Energy Regulatory Office, OTE, etc.).
- All the activities above are carried out continuously with data processing and development of new procedures from time to time in order to secure that the efficiency of your power plant operation is kept at 100 %.
Access via internet
Both actual and historical information, alarms, operating log-book and maintenance programmes are accessible on internet. Permanent overview including helpdesk is thus provided to you.
Actual overview of photovoltaic power plant condition
In the actual overview you can see the power plant operation with all the parameters entered which are adjusted by us upon your request. There you can compare the productions, outputs, monitor efficiencies with exposure and temperature, etc.
Photovoltaic power plant operating log-book
The operating log-book contains a list of alarms and their causes including costs spent for failure elimination.
Actual alarms at photovoltaic power plant
If an alarm occurs, it is logged and responded to by a control room operator. A new alarm can subsequently be entered based on review of data from the power plant and experience. Descriptions of both the alarm and the progress of failure elimination are available on internet.
The photovoltaic power plant owner is thus informed of, for example, converter failure and replacement or delay of the corrective action. The control room operators also record the failures reported by the service engineers such as cables chewed through, loosened fastener, burned switchboard, etc.
General overview of photovoltaic power plant
The general overview shows the main (predominantly economic) data and information.
Planned maintenance tasks at photovoltaic power plant
Certain maintenance tasks need to be planned well in advance. They include, in particular, inspections, grass mowing, etc.
