Summary
The project focuses on the energetic use of invasive plant species. The project involves three organisations: the University of Žilina, the University of Mining and Metallurgy, the Technical University of Ostrava and Bylinkári a mastičkári. The aim is to design and test the energy use of an invasive species of Japanese knotweed. The University of Žilina will focus on research on energy recovery by combustion and the University of Mining and Metallurgy will focus on energy recovery by gasification.
