Summary
The goal is to build an online monitoring system that will be closely supervised by an accredited
laboratory of VŠB TU Ostrava. Measured concentrations will be sent to a public portal, where they
will be interpreted in a manner understandable to the public, including an archive. For experts,
the software will include a control part for inspection, evaluation and interpretation. The VŠB will
ensure compliance in the selection, location and operation of the system according to Annex 1 of
the Call.
