Summary
The goal is to build online monitoring system that will be managed by an accredited laboratory of
VŠB-TUO. The system will be used for the municipalities on the Czech-Polish border associated
with the project partner, the Regional Association of Territorial Cooperation of Těšín Silesia.
Measured data will be sent to a public portal where it will be presented in a public-friendly way, archive included. For experts, the software will include a section for inspection, evaluation and
interpretation.
