Summary
These advanced mixed rubber fillers will be based on a combination of highly active carbon black from biomaterials or waste carbon black from chemical synthesis with common less active commercial carbon black, the second alternative being a combination of some finely ground inorganic materials based on power plant fly ash, ceramic waste raw materials, etc. with highly active silica fillers. Both alternatives will always be designed in such a way that the highly active component will always be in a significantly smaller amount in the mixed filler compared to the other, less active component. These mixed fillers will serve as a sustainable alternative to traditional rubber fillers and will contribute to reducing the carbon footprint in industrial production.
