Title

Proper Heating Consulting Center: Research and methodology for detecting emission problems in households with local heating systems

Summary

The project responds to the need to reduce pollutant emissions from small combustion sources in households. The aim is to create and test a working model of an expert consultation centre that will provide advice on correct heating, identification of operational problems and suggestions for remedial measures. The project will select up to 10 households with problematic heating system operation. Using a combination of measurements, interviews and technical analysis, the causes of increased emissions, poor comfort or inefficient operation will be identified. Based on these cases, a proven methodology will be developed to systematically detect and solve problems related to local heating. The results will be shared through technical articles and popularisation texts. The project has a research character - it tests new approaches to diagnose emission problems in real conditions and analyses the effectiveness of interventions. It is not a conventional energy consultancy, but an applied research and experimental development in the field of air protection. The main benefits will be to improve air quality, increase public awareness and create a transferable model of advisory support.
