The group conducts basic and applied research on process treatment, storage, and transport of bulk materials. The team's focus is to explore their mechanical, physical, and geometric properties to generate an assessment of the initial state, and subsequently to analyse design, engineering, and mathematical models of their processing. The group is researching the optimal relationships between bulk properties, geometric shapes, applied materials, and the laws of production, transport, and storage. The team is also involved in research in the field of material pelletization, especially biomass.
