The Centre for Energy and Environmental Technologies (CEET) is involved as an expert partner in the preparation and implementation of projects aimed at introducing hydrogen mobility into public transport in the Czech Republic.
The CEET employees’ Christmas gathering, held under the motto “Energy in a New Balance,” demonstrated—through focused debates, PhD students’ posters, and the presentation of the Director’s Award—how cutting-edge research is being transformed into practical solutions, and which new projects and partnerships will help shape the energy sector in the years ahead.
The Centre for Energy and Environmental Technologies received the prestigious Green Phoenix Award in Poland for its long-term contribution to the development of eco-energy. The award was accepted by the director of the ENET Centre, doc. Ing. Lukáš Prokop, Ph.D.
Invasive plants rank among the greatest threats to Europe’s biodiversity. One of them is knotweed, which spreads rapidly, destroys native communities, and transforms the landscape. How to address this challenge will be one of the main topics of the upcoming specialist seminar.
