Summary
Characterizing deposits generated during stripping of ammonia from coking wastewater, clarifying the mechanism of their formation and suggest the possibility of eliminating their occurrence. Develop a new type of trays and optimize its geometry in terms of hydrodynamics and separating skills to ensure resistance to clogging, increasing the reliability of the distillation and stripping columns, extended the operability, reduce costs associated with cleaning of the equipment, reduce the amount of hazardous waste and wastewater generated during cleaning of the devices mentioned above, and to reduce the ammonia content in waste water. Design and build mobile test device which allows to verify the results of research and development in industrial conditions
