Studies, Calculations and Modelling

We prepare studies, calculations and models that provide a basis for the design, assessment and optimisation of energy, environmental and technological solutions. We combine techno-economic evaluation, mathematical modelling and expert assessment to deliver clear and practically applicable results.

We perform chemical engineering calculations and design work focused on the description, sizing and optimisation of technological processes and equipment. Our services include mass and enthalpy balances, as well as the design and simulation of separation processes, chemical reactors and other process equipment.

We use mathematical and numerical modelling to analyse energy, combustion and thermochemical processes. Our services include CFD and DEM simulations of fluid flow, heat transfer, multiphase systems, particle motion, combustion and emission formation, as well as modelling of energy and mass flows.

We perform mathematical modelling of the movement and behaviour of bulk materials during conveying, storage and processing. Our services focus particularly on DEM simulations of material flow, identification of critical flow areas, and support for the design and optimisation of conveying, dosing and storage equipment.
