Mechanically activated hybrid nanocomposite materials

Summary
The submitted project follows continuously the realized project SP2017 / 45 "Nanostructured Composite Materials". The project will be solved in two thematic areas with regard to the solution of nanostructured materials. Within the first thematic circuit, a series of samples will be prepared by mechanical methods, including mechanical surface activation, mechanical sintering and alloying processes, and ultrasonic disintegration processes of nanostructured materials. The main group of materials to be processed will be nanoparticles of zinc oxide and copper oxide, size-defined particles of vermiculite. Within the second stage, nanostructured composite layers will be prepared by the epitaxial growth method - the CVD method. Technological aspects will be modified to monitor the growth rate of the layers, depending on the deposition temperature and pressure. The work will be solved in a follow-up collaboration with ON Semiconductor, Rožnov pod Radhoštěm.
