Subject of research within the project:
The project focuses on the preparation of polymeric materials with antimicrobial and / or medicinal properties that can be used in biomedical applications such as stents, dressings, body replacements, etc. Polymers containing antimicrobial properties or substances with medicinal effects based on graphene modified with components with known antimicrobial or medicinal effects. Prepared materials will be characterized in terms of chemical and structural properties as well as antimicrobial properties.
