Summary
The subject of the project is thin composite layers with functional nanofillers, namely their preparation and characterization. Part of the research is focused on the preparation of hybrid nanoparticles of the type of carbon or clay carrier with a functional organic component, biosynthetically prepared nanoparticles of metals and hydroxyapatite particles. The technologies used for the preparation of nanoparticles are microfluidic synthesis, deposition and intercalation, as well as chemical-physical procedures. Embedding in the matrix is either in-situ or traditional melting. The matrix of the film is polymeric, carbon or ceramic.Project schedule is planned for a total of three crucial period and in the first half of the timing of the project, research will be devoted to preparing hybrid nanoparticles of carbon or clay carrier with functional organic component, biosynthetically prepared nanoparticles of metals and hydroxyapatite particles. Furthermore, in the next period of 2-3 months, these particles will be embedded in matrix and evaluated for stability. A combination of functionality and applicability of materials will be tested in October and December.
