Summary
The subject is the current needs of the industry in the field of abrasive effects of bulk materials on process equipment. By numerical modelling DEM of bulk solids can be reached of financial demands elimination of engineering constructions and process equipment of first prototypes. For this purpose is needed to develop experimental device for bulk solids abrasive effect DEM calibrations focused support. Required construction and technological-process parameters optimalization based on found mechanical-physical properties of bulk solids will be achieved.
