Summary
This project will be focused on preparation of N-doped graphene via CVD method. Experimental syntheses with aromatic compounds will be performed to obtain precursors suitable for the N-doped graphene preparation. Products will be characterized with Raman spectroscopy and electron microscopy. Other part of the project will be focused on preparation of graphene materials via chemical route and their subsequent modification to alter their properties and their further utility for preparation of polymer nanocomposites and carriers of biologically active compounds.
