Sustainable Heritage Futures: Post-Industrial Cities and Living Landscapes

What happens when heritage, innovation and sustainability meet?

This November, Ostrava becomes a living laboratory for students ready to explore how post-industrial places can shape a more sustainable future. Curious minds, different backgrounds, one shared purpose.

U!Innovate Autumn School 2026 brings together students from partner universities for one week of international collaboration, creative problem-solving and hands-on learning.

Together, we’ll explore Ostrava’s unique industrial heritage and living landscapes, work on real-world challenges and develop ideas that connect people, places and positive change.
